🌅 EASTER SUNDAY MESSAGE

“He Is Risen – Walking in Resurrection Power”

Matthew 28:5–6 — “Do not be afraid… He is not here; for He is risen, as He said.”


1. The Resurrection Is the Foundation of Our Faith

Today we celebrate the greatest victory in history—the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

  • No resurrection = No victory over sin
  • No resurrection = No hope beyond the grave
  • No resurrection = No transformation

The cross paid the price… the resurrection proved the victory.

2. The Resurrection Declares Victory Over Every Enemy

When Jesus rose:

  • Death was defeated
  • Sin was broken
  • Satan was disarmed

1 Corinthians 15:55 — “O death, where is your sting?”

Resurrection is a declaration of victory over your life.

3. The Resurrection Power Lives in You

Romans 8:11 — “The Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you…”

  • You are empowered
  • You are not ordinary
  • You carry divine power

This power brings healing, deliverance, and authority.

4. From the Grave to Glory – Your Story Is Not Over

The tomb looked like the end… but it became the beginning.

  • Dead dreams can rise
  • Broken lives can be restored
  • Dry seasons can bloom again

God specializes in resurrection moments.

5. Live as a Resurrection People

Colossians 3:1 — “If you have been raised with Christ…”

  • Walk in holiness
  • Walk in power
  • Walk in bold faith
  • Walk in victory

🙌 Declaration

  • I am not defeated
  • I am not bound
  • I am raised with Christ
  • I walk in resurrection power

🙏 Closing Prayer

Father, in the name of Jesus,
Thank You for the power of the resurrection.
Let every dead area in our lives come alive today.
Fill us with boldness and authority.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
